CAUSE - INDIA'S BLACK MARKET COAL

Every morning men, and sometimes boys, move illegally scavenged coal stacked on overloaded bicycles to be sold on the local black market in Dhanbad, Jharkhand, India. They are regularly stopped by police who demand bribes to allow them to keep the coal and continue to their end destination.
