EFFECT - MELTING ANTARCTICA

The Antarctic Peninsula has seen the greatest increase in temperature resulting in glaciers melting, thinning and receding. This in turn is causing ocean levels to rise. The warming climate is also adversely affecting local wildlife that is used to a colder climate.
