IMPACT - TORNADOES

The mid-south has seen an increase in the number of tornadoes linked to global warming. While there are fewer tornado days per year the number of days with multiple tornadoes has increased. There is still much for scientists to learn about possible links between global warming and the occurrence of tornadoes.
